FUN, FULFILLMENT, and FREEDOM!

IslandAre you sick and tired of being sick and tired?  Tired of the same old grind every day?  Well, that was me a few years ago.  I had worked 40 years to get a monthly annuity.  Oh, I’m not complaining, but what I know now I wish someone had showed me years ago.  Our parents teach us to go to school, get a good education, get a good job, settle down, and on and on.  And then if you’ve worked hard enough you may be able to retire.  While I was one of the fortunate ones, there should have been someone yelling really loud: “What About Your Plan B” and I’m not talking 40lKs and Social Security.  That’s not even secure and stable anymore.

Well a lady showed me something just at the right time when I had asked GOD to give me my purpose.  You see, I had retired, done the traveling the left-over money from my annuity check allowed me to.  It just wasn’t enough for all I wanted to do.  Mind you, that check took care of me and my expenses and a little left over.  But there was never enough to do a lot extra.  I just wanted to travel and see the world.  I wanted to help my family.  That’s my story.  And it changed drastically after the lady showed me this wonderful video.  I’m not promoting anything, by all means.  But if your story sounds like mine, you should kick into gear.  Communicate with someone that can help you with your “Plan B”.

This lady showed me how I could qualify for a FREE 5-day stay in Mexico and I have my ticket.  I was shown how I could win a FREE Cruise to the Bahamas, and now I have 3 free cruises.  It has just been amazing.  Mine is a real, simply, ordinary story no different from anyone else.  I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired.  I looked at the video, and jumped in feet first, never regretted it.  Meeting so many people, helping so many people.  It’s been my life for a while now.  And I’m meeting people all over the world.  So I say to you:  Sit down and work on your Plan B.

Can You Do It All?

With all the APPS and help, can you really get it all done in the time you need?

I recently read an article about Multi-tasking and found it quite interesting.  Along with the clear definition of multi-tasking, it went on to explain the small benefits of trying to do more than one thing at a time, but largely showed why when attempting more than one thing, you end up simply going in circles and not producing a good product or ending.

When I was working as a Budget Analyst, which by now you know is so intricate it needs undivided attention.  However, I was tasked with other projects that added deadlines in close proximity.  It became harder and more difficult, and I should say stressful, to work on these tasks.  It caused so much stress that ended in unnerving headaches and panic attacks as I drew near deadlines.  While I did an excellent job, it took me more time and effort than most because of the dual projects I was assigned.

You may feel it is possible, and it is, but how much of yourself are you willing to risk: your health, family time, and I could go on but you know what’s happening with you.

Take the time to work on one project at a time, whether it be reading a book, a phone call, dishes, whatever, concentrate on that one thing.  It will take less attention and effort, freeing you up to do more in less time.  Not to mention you get to think and breathe through everything.   Besides, what is the rush.  Sure I know you have to get the kids’ lunch and husband’s breakfast, but that’s a no-brainer.  And let’s not forget taking vacation or spending quality time with your family will reduce some of that stress also.

Find a way to organize your day so some of those things can be done in advance.  It all boils down to organization.

In my upcoming posts I will address how you can become more organized.  I will give you recommended tips and books that will be quite useful.
